Section 12

Festival Expenses

(1) A judge shall receive an amount equal to one month's salary earned by him for festivals celebrated according to his religion, culture and tradition every year as festival expenses.

(2) Subsection (1) ) the judge can take the payment once in a financial year on the occasion of the main festival celebrated according to his religion, culture and tradition.
